Job summary

Corrugated Logistics is seeking an experienced driver to perform regional runs with a 53’ dry van. You will conduct pre-trip inspections, maintain logs, and ensure all shipments include complete documentation.

The role requires safe handling across various conditions and timely communication with dispatch. Responsibilities include safely operating tractor-trailer equipment, dropping and hooking, and reporting incidents.

Qualifications

• Performs thorough pre-trip inspections per FMCSA guidance.
• Complies with FMCSA and Corrugated Logistics policies and regulations.
• Maintains driver logs electronically and reports discrepancies.
• Communicates with Dispatch/Operations regarding stops, cargo, delays, or issues.

Responsibilities

• Home weekly deliveries.
• Safely operate a TAS with 53’ dry van.
• Ensure all required shipping documents accompany deliveries.
• Securely load and unload or assist as needed while adhering to safety policies.
• Report accidents or incidents promptly and cooperate with authorities.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, miles, and hours.
