Job summary

Ruan is seeking a Class A CDL driver for a regional role based around Richmond, VA. The driver will haul for dedicated customers with late-model Freightliner Sleeper units, operating reefer and dry van trailers with lift gates. Expect multi‑week assignments with hotel stays for resets and a strong value on safety and reliability.

Drivers are averaging about $120,000 per year, with weekly pay and loyalty bonuses. Benefits include health, vision, dental, life, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply).
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years.
• Must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years.
• Must be able to read and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Haul for dedicated customers with late-model Freightliner Sleeper trucks.
• Operate reefer and dry van trailers with lift gates.
• Be prepared for 3–4 week out‑of‑town schedules and hotel stays for resets.
• Weekly pay with guaranteed minimums and holiday pay.
