BRT, Inc. is seeking professional CDL-A drivers for a Regional Additives / Motor Oil Division. This stable regional operation offers predictable freight, organized dispatch, and long-term driver success with modern equipment.

Expect a Monday-Friday style schedule with home weekends, stop/detention pay, and a guaranteed weekly minimum for qualified drivers; drivers also earn mileage and per diem options in a specialty liquid bulk environment.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A with tanker endorsement and hazmat required.
• Hazmat endorsement and TWIC card required.
• Minimum 1 year CDL-A driving experience.
• Safe driving record and professional attitude.
• Bulk liquid experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional liquid bulk routes servicing customers in the region.
• Follow organized dispatch and maintain safety compliance.
• Meet scheduling targets and contribute to stable, year‑round freight.
• Communicate professionally with customers and operations team.

Pay & Compensation

• $0.71-$0.75 CPM based on experience.
• Stop pay.
• Detention pay.
• Per diem available.
• Guaranteed Weekly Minimum averaging $1,800 for qualified drivers.
