Job summary

BRT, Inc. is seeking professional CDL-A drivers for a regional Additives / Motor Oil division serving customers across the region. The role emphasizes stability, predictable schedules, and long-term driver success with modern equipment and organized operations.

The position offers a primarily Monday–Friday schedule with home on weekends, a guaranteed weekly minimum, and various forms of pay including mileage, stops, detentions, and per diem. Sign-on bonuses are offered at multiple milestones.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A License.
• Minimum 1 year CDL-A driving experience.
• Tanker endorsement required.
• Hazmat endorsement and TWIC card required.
• Safe driving record.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Bulk liquid experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a regional liquid bulk network with consistent lanes and reliable dispatch.
• Maintain safe driving practices and professional operations across routes.
• Deliver and unload liquids, meet delivery windows, and communicate with dispatch as needed.

Pay & Compensation

• $0.71-0.75 CPM based on experience.
• Stop pay.
• Detention pay.
• Per diem available.
• Guaranteed Weekly Minimum averaging $1,700 for qualified drivers.

• $500 after successful completion of training.
