Job summary

Southern States Cooperative in Kentucky seeks a dedicated driver to operate SSC commercial motor vehicles, transporting bulk and packaged agricultural products between SSC facilities and customer sites within a designated region. You will load and unload, verify documentation, maintain logs, comply with DOT and SSC safety policies, and communicate professionally with customers.

A valid CDL Class B is required, with hazardous materials/tanker endorsements a plus, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Requires six (6) months of Class B commercial driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate SSC vehicles to transport bulk loads, including dry and liquid fertilizer and other farm products.
• Load/unload cargo and verify load documentation.
• Maintain mileage and fuel logs and prepare shipping documents.
