American Driver is hiring Class A Truckers with trainees or experienced backgrounds. The role offers a structured pay pattern with weekly gross between $1,300 and $1,500, a CPM starting at $0.56 up to $0.64 with tenure, and comprehensive benefits.

The program includes a 4–5 week paid mentorship, a dedicated fleet, and no driver touch of freight. Drivers can expect year‑round 2,000–2,400 miles weekly, fixed regional corridors, and consistent home time with a 34‑hour restart built into schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid, current Class A CDL.
• Trucking school/Training completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Learn trip planning, compliance and defensive driving under mentor guidance.
• Operate a late-model tractor within fixed regional corridors and home-time expectations.
