Job summary

Heartland Express is seeking regional CDL-A truck drivers to run dry van, no-touch freight with drop & hook. Earn $55,000-$73,000 per year with weekly pay and a guaranteed $1,100 weekly, or mileage pay if higher.

Home weekly and a quarterly safety bonus up to 3 CPM. We offer paid orientation and training, a 48-state operating area, newer tractors, health, dental, vision and life insurance, paid vacation, detention and breakdown pay, free showers and laundry, and a 401(k) match up to $2,000.

Qualifications

• 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving within the last year.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Safety first attitude with a proven driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes with no-touch freight and drop & hook.
• Maintain accurate logs and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Communicate with dispatch to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
