Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a CDL A truck driver to safely transport windows and doors to dealers, distribution centers and construction sites. The role is regional with some Saturdays possible and requires excellent customer service, compliance with trucking regulations, and accurate recordkeeping.

Full-time day shift with pay rate $32.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plans. Located in Connecticut with routes covering the Northeast region.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 2 years commercial truck driving experience required.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to read maps and road signs; maintain electronic logs and safety devices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Deliver windows and doors to dealers, distribution centers, and job sites by tractor-trailer.
• Assist with loading/unloading and handling of product.
• Maintain driver logs, fuel purchases, and mileage records per laws.
• Follow Federal, State, and local regulations for safe operation of CMV.
• Respond to customer inquiries and direct to appropriate contact as needed.
