Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Smyrna, TN is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team. This role offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about.

Expect 40–50 hours per week at $29.00 per hour, with a $50.00 per night per diem and overnight hotel stays as needed. Routes are regional with Mondays–Fridays work, some Saturdays, and Day Cab/53' Dry Van equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass a Ryder drug test.
• Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle check (last 3 years).
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass Ryder road test.
• Have a valid Class A CDL with endorsements.
• 3–10 years of tractor-trailer experience per company rules.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Assist with loading/unloading freight if required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
