Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in San Antonio, TX. The role features weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training.

Drivers work 40+ hours per week with a guaranteed starting pay and paid training. Routes vary, with 1–2 weeks out, and a variety of trailers including Conestoga, Flatbed, and Dry Van. Compensation includes a pay rate of $25.75 per hour, a $1,400 weekly guarantee, and benefits starting after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass drug test.
• Must pass Ryder background check and motor vehicle records review, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for last 3 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test.
• Must provide valid Class A CDL with endorsements for the position.
• Experience requirements: 9 months within past 3 years or 2 years within past 5 years or 5 years within past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal/state laws, regulations, and Ryder guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting with loading/unloading as required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned
