Route is regional with home weekly, 2 layovers per week, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Expect mileage-based pay, tarp/stop pay, per diem, and 53ft flatbed operations. Company offers medical/dental/vision after 30 days, PTO from day 1, uniforms and boot allowance, 401(k) with company match after 1 year, and maternity leave eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.
• Pass Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check incl. Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers (last 3 years).
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• 12 months experience within the past 3 years, OR 2 years within last 5 years, OR 5 years within last 10 years.

Responsabilités

• Safely drive a commercial vehicle and comply with safety & DOT regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and logs; perform loading/unloading if required.
• Follow customer instructions and provide quality service.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
