Wooster Motor Ways, Inc. is hiring a dependable, safety-first Company Driver to haul freight across regional lanes. Daily local and regional runs with a clear pay structure that rewards safe, experienced drivers.

New drivers earn $1500-$1800 per week, with a $1350 weekly minimum. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid vacation plus 8 holidays. Equipment is modern and comfortable for long hauls.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with 1 year of experience.
• HazMat endorsement preferred but not required.
• TWIC card preferred but not required.
• Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight and specialized cargo.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects, accidents, or violations promptly.
• Load, secure, and inspect cargo; follow special handling procedures for hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight.
• Maintain accurate HOS logs and all required DOT/FMCSA documentation.
• Verify bills of lading, collect signatures/receipts, and ensure all paperwork is complete and correct.
• Plan routes and schedules to meet pickup and delivery windows.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and keep trailer clean and ready.
