Ryder System, Inc. in Winchester, VA is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our fleet. This role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, and a path to a rewarding driving career.

You will drive solo, with 2500–3000 miles per week, and enjoy bonuses and a supportive team behind you. Start times are morning dispatch, with a Sunday–Friday schedule and generous bonus opportunities along the way.

Qualifikationen

• Must have Class A CDL and endorsements.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, or 5 years in the last 10 years.
• Minimum age 21.
• Pass Ryder drug test, background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical and a Ryder road test.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions and read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Solo Miles Pay: Dry Van / Curtainside $0.62, Flatbed $0.67 per Mile with 2500 - 3000 Miles per Week

• Solo Stops Pay:$19.05 per Stop with 3 - 7 Stops per Week

• Nights out: 4-5 Times Per Week

• Safety Bonus:Pays You $500 Four Times A Year, Every Quarter

• Sign on Bonus:Pays you $1500 at 30 days and $1500 at 90 days

• Loyalty Bonus:Pays you $1750 at 6 months and $1750 at 1 year

• Paid Training

• Schedule: Sunday - Friday

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:

• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR

• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR

• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years

• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions

• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

Important Note: Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

Responsibilities

• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs

• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
