Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL (CDL A).
• At least 18 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Motor vehicle record with three or fewer moving violations in 3 years and two or fewer in 12 months.
• Solid, verifiable work history.
• Must possess a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certificate and meet all physical qualifications of 49 CFR 391.41.

• $1,400 Guaranteed Weekly Minimum for OTR Drivers

Schedule, Freight, and Equipment:

• Home weekly
• 100% no-touch refrigerated freight
• 2,600 - 3,000 miles per week average
• Consistent miles and freight year-round
• 2020-2025 Freightliner Cascadias with APUs

• $73,000+/year average
• $22.50/hour
• $2.00/hour weekly performance bonus
• $1.00/hour monthly safety bonus
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Home daily
• Travel within Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana.
• Saturday approximately every 8 - 10 weeks
• Average 45 - 50-hour workweek
  • Additional work available
  • 3 AM - 5 AM start
• Combination of live loading/unloading or drop-and-hooks
• Secure parking provided

2nd Shift Drivers - Hartford, WI

• $79,500+/year average
• $24.50/hour
• $2.00/hour weekly performance bonus
• $1.00/hour monthly safety bonus
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Home daily
• Travel within Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana.
• Saturday approximately every 8 - 10 weeks
• Average 45 - 50-hour workweek

Requirements:

• To meet our current insurance provider?s safety standards, all applicants must be at least 23 years of age at the time of application
• Must possess a valid Class A commercial driver?s license (CDL A)
• At least 18 months of verifiable commercial driving experience
• To remain eligible for company insurance coverage, operators must demonstrate a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR), defined as having three (3) or fewer moving violations in the most recent three-year window and two (2) or fewer in the most recent 12-month window
• Solid, verifiable work history
• Must possess a valid DOT Medical Examiner? Certificate and meet all physical qualifications of 49 CFR 391.41
