Job summary
G.E.X Transport is seeking drivers for regional routes with weekend home time in Georgia. Trainees need 1 year OTR or Regional experience; experienced drivers require at least 6 months flatbed and 1 year OTR/Regional. Enjoy a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified flatbed drivers and weekly pay between $1,400–$1,600.
Home time is regional, with weekends at home. Duties include tarping, strapping, and timely freight delivery.
Qualifications
- 1 year OTR or Regional experience required for trainees.
- Minimum 6 months flatbed experience for experienced drivers.
- Must be able to pass DOT drug screen and background checks.
Responsibilities
- Tarpping and strapping down loads as required.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Deliver freight on time and safely.
