Job summary

Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL-A flatbed drivers for practical regional freight with dependable route planning and regular home time every 7–14 days. You’ll haul building materials, tarping is sometimes required, and you’ll work with 70 MPH capable Peterbilt tractors in a safety-focused operation.

Expect transition pay during onboarding, a $5,000 solo sign-on bonus, and weekly pay results in a stable compensation. Equipment is company-owned; benefits include health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license is required.
• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years.
• At least 6 months of flatbed experience.
• Tarping and load securement experience.

Responsibilities

• Transport flatbed freight regionally.
• Tarps required on some loads; ensure load securement.
• Operate 70 MPH trucks and maintain equipment.
• Follow schedules and dispatch instructions.
