• 1 year OTR driving experience with 6 months flatbed experience required.
• Experience in steel/coiling hauling is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes with a weekly average of 2000-2500 miles.
• Ensure loads are tarped as required and manage breakdowns effectively.

Job Overview

We are looking for experienced drivers to join our team with the following benefits and requirements:

1. Home Weekends
2. 2000-2500 miles weekly average
3. Most lanes are regional within 5 states
4. Non-forced and flexible dispatch
5. 40-50% loads need to be tarped, paid at $40/load
6. Cascadias and T680s
7. Automatics
8. Governed at 65mph
9. Trucks can be taken home
10. Breakdown pay $100/day
11. Riders and pets are free
12. $1500-$1600 weekly average
13. $300 weekly per diem
14. 1 year OTR experience (3 states) with 6 months of flatbed experience required
15. Steel/Coil hauling required
16. Sign On Bonus - $5000
17. $1500 after delivery of first load
18. $1500 at 6 months
19. $2000 at 1 year
