Job summary

HWY Express in Tyler, TX is seeking CDL-A Truck Drivers to haul dry van freight across established lanes. You'll work regional routes with weekly home time and competitive weekly pay between $1,375 and $1,575. Modern Peterbilt 579 trucks are provided along with a benefits package.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, complying with DOT regulations, and safely operating the tractor-trailer to meet pickup and delivery schedules. Growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Ability to operate a tractor-trailer with a 48-foot or longer trailer.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Transport dry van general freight between warehouses, distribution centers, and customer facilities.
• Maintain accurate logs.
