Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for dedicated hauling lanes. You will move merchandise in dry van trailers and hand unload freight using gravity rollers, performing careful, precise maneuvers across multiple routes.

Expect steady weekly pay, a mix of mileage and load pay, guaranteed first-week earnings, and additional bonuses. Eligible candidates live within 75 miles of Des Moines, IA and hold a valid CDL A.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Live within 75 miles of Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities

• Haul store merchandise in dry van trailers.
• 100% hand unload freight using gravity rollers.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 2 loads per week with 3-5 stop-offs per load.
• Drive within AR, CO, IA, IL, KS, MN, MO, ND, SD and WY.
