Job summary

Schneider National is seeking a dedicated local/ regional driver to haul store merchandise in dry van trailers and hand unload freight using gravity rollers. The role includes performing slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs, handling 2 loads per week with multiple stops, and operating across AR, CO, IA, IL, KS, MN, MO, ND, SD, and WY.

Earn competitive pay with mileage, load pay, and on-duty hourly pay, plus weekly guarantees and sign-on bonuses for experienced and novice drivers.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license required.
• Live within 75 miles of Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities

• Haul store merchandise in dry van trailers.
• 100% hand unload freight using gravity rollers.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 2 loads per week with 3-5 stop-offs per load.
• Drive within AR, CO, IA, IL, KS, MN, MO, ND, SD and WY.
