Central Oregon Truck Company is hiring for a Regional Driver (CDL-A). Earn up to $127,000 per year, with a base rate starting at 60 CPM and up to 4 CPM in performance incentives. A $1,350 weekly minimum is guaranteed during qualifying weeks, plus loyalty pay up to 5.5 CPM from day one.

Additional pay includes $75 tarp and $100 dwell per occurrence, with home time every other weekend. This role offers top pay, proven results, and a driver‑focused culture.
