Job summary

Central Oregon Truck Company is hiring a Regional CDL-A Driver to join a flatbed-focused fleet with strong pay and predictable home time. Earn up to $127,000 per year with base pay from 60 CPM plus up to 4 CPM incentives, plus lucrative loyalty pay from day one.

You’ll receive a weekly minimum of $1,350 during qualifying weeks, extra tarp and dwell pay, and home every other weekend in this regional role. Company-paid medical premiums and a 401(k) with company match accompany competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 12+ months Regional or OTR experience.
• Willing to drive regional routes with regular home time.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer to haul flatbed freight.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with all regulations.
• Follow company policies and hours and coordinate with dispatch.
