Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a Regional CDL-A Driver to operate late-model Freightliner tractors pulling 53’ reefer trailers from Greenfield, IN.

You will be dispatched to plants and distribution centers with a focus on safe driving, customer service and reliable on-time deliveries. The role offers competitive pay up to $100,000+ annually, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1 year CDL Class A tractor trailer or reefer experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver freight over the road in a safe, efficient, timely and legal manner.
• Complete all required paperwork and maintain records as required by law.
• Ensure operations comply with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Represent the Company and trucking industry in a professional manner.
