Central Oregon Truck Company is hiring Regional Driver (CDL-A) to earn top pay up to $127,000 per year. Base pay starts at 60 CPM with up to 4 CPM in loyalty incentives and a $1,350 weekly minimum during qualifying weeks, plus extra pay for tarp and dwell time.

Home every other weekend with a predictable two-week cycle. Company-paid medical premiums, 401(k) with 4% match, and rider policy available for eligible drivers. Kenworth T680s with manual transmissions form the fleet.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 12+ months Regional or OTR experience.

Responsibilities

• Regional Driver (CDL-A) duties as described in pay and home-time sections.
• Operate a flatbed truck with safety and compliance.
• Follow company policies and route plans.
