Job summary

Central Oregon Truck Company is looking for Regional CDL-A drivers to join our flatbed team. Top pay up to $127,000 per year with a 60 CPM base and up to 4 CPM in incentives, plus a $1,350 weekly minimum during qualifying weeks. Loyalty pay starts from day one, with tarp and dwell pay to reward extra work.

We offer home every other weekend and work with late-model Kenworth T680s. Orientation pay is $1,250, and pay scales can vary by job type and location.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 12+ months Regional or OTR experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional routes with a focus on safety and on-time delivery.
• Earn top pay with base CPM and performance incentives.
• Loyalty pay starts from day one and increases overall compensation.
