Central Oregon Truck Company is hiring CDL-A regional drivers. Earn up to $127,000 per year with a base rate of 60 CPM plus up to 4 CPM in incentives, and a guaranteed pay baseline during qualifying weeks. Loyalty pay starts from day one—up to 5.5 CPM—plus tarp pay and dwell pay to compensate extra work.

Home every other weekend with a predictable regional schedule. Company offers 100% company-paid medical premiums, life and passenger insurance; a 401(k) with a 4% company match; no-fee per diem;

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 12+ months Regional or OTR experience required.
