Updike Distribution Logistics, LLC is seeking professional regional drivers to cover the Southwest region including Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada and Utah. The role emphasizes driver-friendly policies, consistent freight, and a clear pay structure.

Starting pay is 55 CPM with a 5.5-cent per mile bonus (up to 60.5 CPM) plus layover, detention, and stop pay. Orientation pay is provided; benefits start after 90 days, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with clean driving record.
• Experience with regional routing and on-time delivery.
• Strong safety compliance and time-management skills.
