Updike Distribution Logistics, LLC is seeking regional drivers to cover Southwest lanes across AZ, CA, NV, and UT. This driver-friendly carrier emphasizes fair pay, steady freight, and respect for its drivers.

Starting pay includes 55 CPM with a 5.5 cent per mile bonus up to 60.5 CPM, plus layover, detention, stop, and hourly pay options where applicable. Benefits after 90 days include health, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO and holiday pay.
