Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport is seeking a CDL‑A Regional Truck Driver. Drive a mix of full truckload and multi‑stop loads with regional routes across NJ and neighboring states. Drivers earn an average of about $95,000 per year, with placard pay on hazmat loads and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Regional runs include home time and weekly pay; trucks include modern equipment with APUs and telematics. Overtime and benefits are provided as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 1 year of CDL A experience.
• Valid CDL-A DOT qualification.
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test.
• Satisfactory safety and employment history.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer to deliver windows and sliding doors to customer and job site locations.
• Use proper load securement techniques to prevent product damage in transit.
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork, logs, and proof-of-delivery documentation.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and delivery issues.
• Represent the company professionally at customer and job sites.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety policies.

• Drivers average $95,000 yearly
• Placard Pay .10 Cents per mile paid on all Placard Hazmat Loads.
• $3000 sign on bonus
• Regional runs are to NJ, NY, PA, DE, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME, OH, MD, VA, WV, NC.
• Paid weekly – W2 position
• We offer Kenworth T 680's Freightliners – Automatics – APUs, Refrigerator, TV (DirecTV), Sirius XM Radio, Microwave

Earn an extra $0.10 per mile on all placarded Hazmat loads.

More responsibility deserves more pay.
