10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL-A drivers for regional dry van routes. The program offers paid driver training at $850 per week and mentorship throughout training, with no prior professional driving experience required.

Post-training pay ranges from $1,600 to $1,800+ per week, with weekly home time, brand-new assigned trucks, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid class A CDL with at least 120 hours of instruction at an accredited CDL school.
• Able to meet DOT and company hiring standards.
• No prior professional driving experience required for CDL school graduates.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes with regular home time.
• Handle drop-and-hook and touch freight as needed.
• Maintain safety and vehicle standards in brand-new trucks.
