10-4 Logistics USA is seeking CDL-A drivers for regional dry van routes. New CDL-school graduates with no professional driving experience are welcome. Paid driver training at $850 per week and support from mentors during training.

Post-training pay ranges from $1,600 to $1,800+ per week, with medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and PTO. Expect weekly home time and brand-new assigned trucks on regional routes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid class A CDL.
• At least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• DOT and company hiring standards must be met.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional dry van routes.
• Return home weekly with a consistent schedule.
• Handle drop-and-hook freight and maintain safe, compliant operations.
