365 Freight USA is seeking entry-level CDL-A drivers for regional dry van work with weekly home time and paid training. You will receive paid orientation, a direct deposit every Friday, and be part of a W2 driving role on modern equipment.

Drivers are placed in late-model Freightliner or Kenworth tractors with primarily no-touch freight and frequent drop-and-hook loads, offering steady weekly pay and comprehensive benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Able to meet DOT hiring requirements.
• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Regional dry van freight with consistent miles and weekly home time.
• Primarily no-touch freight with a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads.
• Operate late-model Freightliner or Kenworth tractors after paid training.
