365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for a regional driving role based in Lexington, Kentucky. You’ll start with paid, one-on-one mentor instruction before taking your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Compensation begins with mentor pay of $850 per week, with expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800 per week after mentoring. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Recent graduate from an accredited CDL school.
• Minimum of 120 hours of CDL training completed.
• Ability to meet USDOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional no-touch dry van freight on the Eastern Regional Fleet.
• Maintain safe driving practices and compliance with regulations.
• Participate in mentor program before assuming solo truck operations.
• Coordinate with dispatch for timely deliveries and routing.
