Job summary

Knight Transportation, Inc. is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a regional route between Ohio and North Carolina with weekly home time. The position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and top performers can earn about $1,450 weekly and $72,800 annually.

Expect about 2,500 miles per week with a schedule of 5 days out and 2 days off. Drivers must meet safety and DOT requirements and pass drug tests as part of employment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A license.
• 6 months of Class A experience within the last year or 1 year within the last 5 years.
• No DUI within 5 years or 10 years if CDL holder at time of DUI.
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Drive on regional routes between Ohio and North Carolina.
• Maintain DOT compliance and safety standards.
• Meet schedule requirements and maintain logs as required.
