Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking CDL-A regional drivers based in Lewes, Delaware, for a Northeast fleet with consistent weekly home time and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers haul regional freight from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturdays and Sundays.

Drivers earn $0.80–$0.85 per mile, averaging about 1,500 miles per week, with pay enhancements for stops, detention, and Long Island deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements.
• Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional Northeast routes from NC through ME and as far west as eastern OH.
• Haul live loads and preloaded trailers with safe, compliant practices.
• Maintain DOT safety standards and vehicle readiness.
• Possibility of extra weekend miles for more pay.
