10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers based in Bear, Delaware, for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically run regional freight from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday.

Paid at $0.80–$0.85 per mile, with an average of 1,500 miles per week and up to $1,850 per week for top drivers. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of three months verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements.
• Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Northeast regional lane from northern NC through Maine and as far west as eastern OH.
• Handle live loads and preloaded trailers; maintain logs and safety standards.
• Take advantage of home time on Saturdays and Sundays and participate in lane optimization.
• Earn pay through mileage, bonuses, and stop/detention pay where applicable.
