J Rose Logistics is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a Southwest regional fleet across California. The role offers consistent mileage, weekly home time for resets, and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes.

Drivers earn about $1,200–$1,500 per week with CPM-based pay, detention and breakdown pay, take-home truck privileges, and a full benefits package. Home time is typically 5–5.5 days out, with 34–48 hour resets, and regional routes mostly in the Southwestern states.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum of 6 months verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days.
• Must meet DOT safety, background and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
