J Rose Enterprises in California is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for our Southwest regional fleet. This full-time, W2 position offers consistent weekly pay, 1,200–1,500 dollars gross per week, and 100% no-touch dry van freight on well-supported lanes.

Drivers enjoy home time weekly (typically 5–5.5 days out) with a 34–48 hour reset at home, modern equipment, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid vacation, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with verifiable driving experience.
• Minimum 6 months tractor-trailer experience.
• Recent driving activity within last 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van regional routes with no-touch freight.
• Maintain safety and compliance on all trips.
• Utilize drop-and-hook where applicable and manage logs accurately.
