Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is looking for dedicated truck drivers to join a regional fleet servicing major retail customers across Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and Southern Louisiana. With an average weekly income ranging from $1,600 to $1,800, drivers enjoy a robust pay structure, including a $2,000 sign-on bonus and various incentives for loads handled.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months Class A experience within the last 3 years.
• No more than 3 incidents/accidents in the past 3 years.
• Clean drug history with no major violations in the past year.

Responsibilities

• Haul boxed freight across multiple states including FL and AL.
• Complete 3-4 loads weekly, managing multiple stops each day.
• Be prepared for night and weekend driving as required.

Job description

Join a dedicated regional network hauling boxed freight for a major retail customer. If you’re looking for a seat in a fleet that covers GA, FL, AL, and Southern LA, we have the miles and the money to keep you moving. This is a physical, high-paying role for drivers who want a consistent routine.

Pay & Bonuses

• Weekly Income: Average gross of $1,600 – $1,800.
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 to get you started.
• Mileage Rate: $0.55 to $0.58 CPM (depending on tenure).
• Trailer Handling: $240 per load for unloading via conveyor system.
• Additional: $50 per backhaul.

The Run & Schedule

• Miles: Steady volume around 1,600 miles per week.
• Home Time: Reset weekly (please note: resets are during the week, not weekends).
• Workload: 3–4 loads per week with 1 to 6 stops per day.
• Flexibility: Routes may involve night and weekend driving to meet customer needs.

Hiring Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 months Class A experience in the last 3 years.

• Record: Clean drug history (No SAP); No major violations in the past 12 months.
• Stability: No safety-related terminations from your previous carrier.
• Parking: Secure truck/trailer parking required if living 50+ miles from the yard.
