Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking a CDL-A regional driver for a Ohio to Mid-Atlantic (NJ) route with home weekends. The job offers a weekly minimum pay of $1,350 and a $3,000 sign-on bonus, plus additional pay like detention, layover, and a potential small CPM bonus.

You’ll run a regional loop between Ohio and the Mid-Atlantic, typically completing 2 loops per week, with 50–60% drop & hook and 40–50% live unload.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL issued by one state.
• 21+ years old.
• 12 consecutive months of U.S. driving history.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months.
• No moving violations in past 2 years; no major accidents in past 5 years.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening.
• Cannot currently be under contract with another carrier.

Responsibilities

• Operate a regional Ohio–NJ freight loop with consistent miles.
• Meet the program requirements to earn the $1,350 weekly minimum.
• Maintain a safe driving record and drive in accordance with company policies.
• Be available daily as scheduled, including weekend home time.
