This role features base mileage pay at 55–60.5 CPM, plus a $500 transition bonus and a $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, along with detention, layover, and extra stop pay on top of mileage. Medical/dental/vision after 90 days, 401(k) match up to 6%, paid orientation and vacation are provided.
