Updike Distribution Logistics, LLC is seeking drivers for true regional lanes across AZ, Southern CA, Northern CA, NV, and UT, providing consistent freight with home time and a driver-first approach.

Earn 55–60.5 CPM (base + mileage bonus), plus a $500 Transition Bonus and a $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Detention, layover, and extra stop pay are available on top of mileage. Medical/dental/vision after 90 days, 401(k) match up to 6%, and paid orientation and vacation are included.
