Job summary

Harris Jr Transporter, LLC is hiring CDL-A drivers for regional Amazon freight routes based in Richmond, VA. This full-time role offers no-touch freight, steady home-time, and a 4-on/3-off schedule with single-run routes. Expect modern equipment and strong dispatch support in a safety-focused environment.

Starting pay ranges from $22 to $27 per hour with bonuses, including a $500 sign-on and performance incentives. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required with at least 6 months of experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must pass DOT physical and have a clean driving record.
• Must read, write and speak English as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Haul Amazon freight on regional dedicated routes.
• Operate brand-new Amazon-branded sleeper tractors.
• Run solo routes; home every other day.
• Maintain safe, professional driving and comply with dispatch procedures.
