Job summary

River Freight LLC is seeking a Regional CDL-A Truck Driver to operate a Class 8 sleeper tractor on assigned routes, with home every other day and no-touch freight. You will drop-and-hook and transport Amazon freight, following DOT safety requirements.

The role offers weekly pay, 34-hour resets at home, brand-new equipment, paid time off, and access to leadership. US-based drivers must meet DOT MVR and pre-employment drug testing standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Class A tractor-trailer or semi-truck driving experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 8 sleeper tractor on assigned routes.
• Transport Amazon freight safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Perform drop-and-hook operations.
• Haul dry van and intermodal freight as assigned.
• Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and required transportation documentation.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations throughout your trips.
• Properly inspect, maintain, and care for assigned tractor equipment.
