Job summary

Amazon Freight Partner in Woodbridge, NJ is hiring full-time Class A CDL Short Haul drivers. You will haul Amazon loads (primarily no-touch freight) using brand new Amazon-branded equipment and technology, and operate on 36-hour shifts or 5 days on/2 off.

This role offers a consistent weekly schedule with overtime and benefits. You must be at least 21, hold a Class A CDL, pass a DOT physical, and communicate proficiently in English.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Must pass DOT physical and have clean driving record.
• Must be able to speak and read English.
• No current CDL suspension or revocation.
• Must be able to use handheld technology and GPS.

Responsibilities

• Haul Amazon loads (primarily no-touch freight) with Amazon-branded equipment.
• Service regional round-trip routes on 36-hour shifts (13-hour run – 10-hour break – 13-hour run) OR 5 days on with 2 consecutive days off.
• Play an important and respected role in keeping Amazon’s commitment to exceed customer expectations and deliver packages on time.
