American Driver LLC is seeking drivers to run dry van freight across the western states. The fleet offers a mix between local and long-haul work, with pay averaging about $1,400 per week and a $1,000 weekly guarantee for new solo drivers during the first three months.

Expect orientation pay of $300 and additional pay for training, mileage, and stops. Benefits follow after 30 days, and drivers may bring a dog up to 40 pounds after training.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL, 21+ years old.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUI or DWI in the last 10 years.
• DOT physical and hair/urine drug test.

Responsibilities

• Run dry van freight across the states west of the Mississippi.
• Mostly drop and hook and preloaded trailers, with some live loads and unloads.
• Lanes cover the Northwest, the Rockies, California and Texas.
