Position details include guaranteed weekly pay options, hourly rate, per diem, and steady home time. You will operate a mix of 48', 53’ dry van etc, and must be able to handle both touch and no-touch freight with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL with endorsements.
• Pass a Ryder drug test.
• Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle check.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience (or 2 years/5 years as per criteria).
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to read and apply laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and standards.
• Detect and minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate logs/records.
• Assist in loading/unloading freight if required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
