Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL truck drivers for a regional role covering the Great Lakes area. New drivers start with a 4–6 week OTR training with an experienced trainer, hauling 53' dry van trailers, then transition to a Great Lakes regional route.

Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off after 30 days. Weekly home time on weekends, and a generous pay mix of per-week and per-mile compensation with stop pay.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school or equivalent driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
• No DUIs within the past 5 years, and no felonies or misdemeanors within the past 10 years.
• Stable work history with no major employment gaps.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional lanes covering the Great Lakes area.
• Haul 53' dry van trailers with no-touch freight.
• Participate in the initial 4-6 week OTR training period for drivers with under 6 months of experience.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to performance metrics to maximize pay and bonuses.
