Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Regional Direct Store Delivery Driver with a Class A CDL. You will drive a Class A vehicle, deliver to DSD locations, and uphold safety and regulatory standards while representing KeHE’s people-first culture.

This full-time role offers stable weekly pay ($1,600.00/Wk. - $1,800.00/Wk.) and benefits on Day 1, including Health/Rx, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and an ESOP—supporting personal growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• 12 months of verifiable driving experience, or less than 12 months with a perfectly clean MVR.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading product.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a commitment to representing KeHE's values of service to others.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly, with a sense of ownership and accountability for the role.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle, delivering to Direct Store Delivery locations within the regional area.
• Execute daily routes and deliveries efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of product to customers.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment, reporting any maintenance issues per safety standards.
• Load and unload product at delivery sites, ensuring accuracy in all deliveries and proper handling of goods.
• Maintain logs and vehicle service records in Samsara in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with store personnel, demonstrating a commitment to customer service and KeHE's values.
• Adhere to company safety standards and adapt to changing schedules, routes, and assignments.
• Act as an ambassador for KeHE’s values by participating in community initiatives and contributing to a culture of respect and service.
• Other duties as assigned.
