Updike Distribution Logistics is seeking CDL-A drivers for regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah.

The compensation includes 55 CPM base with up to 5.5¢/mile bonus (60.5 CPM total), plus a $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Benefits include layover pay, detention pay, and extra stop pay; health, dental, and vision after 90 days, a 401(k) match up to 6%, paid vacation, and orientation ($150).

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Regional Southwest driving experience preferred.
